White Spot inside my lower lip, what does this mean?

Hello everyone, i'm new here and a few days ago, i noticed a white spot on my lower lip with some redness. is this the dreaded "c" word or is it just a canker sore? i'm freaking out because of it and i just want some assurance

I'm 23 and i have never smoked and never drank alcohol.
