Wisdom tooth pulled on wednesday, pain friday night?

Thanks for reading my post im healing from a pulled upper left wisdom tooth from wednesday afternoon. I thought i had been taking great care of it. Tonight i was taking a drink of water and kinda choked and coughed a decent amount but not terribly hard. I soon after got a dull pain in the area and the bad taste in my mouth soon after. I looked in my mouth and hand a string of organish spit was in the near cheek that also smelled bad. I took a vicodin from my dentist just in case bad pain was to come. No real,pain at the time ive read it takes about a day to start hurting and i took a 5vicodin. If someone responds i dont mind taking more pics.

Do i have dry socket.... Here are a couple pictures.

It doesn't sound like a dry socket from your current symptoms. You'll definitely know if you develop one. They are very uncomfortable. Keep doing what you're doing, and everything is more likely than not to be fine.
