3 Loose baby teeth!!

I'm 13 and I have six baby teeth needing to come out. The doctors will pull three at a time because I couldent take it. My appointment is soon and I had to reschedule it a few times because I had breakdowns!! I am afraid of the novacane needle. Last time I was there they used the gel but it didn't work!! Also I don't wanna get too worked up because I am afraid I get dizzy or pass out on the way out. I need help!! ????

like i said before in my previous post, my appointment to get my teeth pulled (see post for details) wa supposed to be halloween. It's december now and i still hasn't had it! not sure if my parents forgot or not though. it's coming up soon.

I'm sorry you're having to go through this! You have the same fear a lot of adults do. The injection is one of the scariest parts.

Tell your dentist how scared you are, and that it hurt last time. Ask them to go slow and careful. The gel never made much of a difference for me, but if the dentist was careful, I never felt more than a pinch. And remember that while it might hurt a little, it's over very quickly.

Also, it's very uncommon to pass out from anxiety. Sometimes it might feel like you will, but it's very rare. If you feel at all shakey afterwards, don't be afraid to say so, and they should allow you to sit for a little while until you feel a bit better.

The dentist is never fun, but extractions are one of the quicker procedures. You can do this!
