Can sinus issues or stress affect teeth that have rootcanals? I feel like a burning feeling just wierd. Xray showed nothing so I'm thinking it's my sinuses or anxiety. Is that possible?

It is certainly the case that if the end of the root is very close to the sinus then sinusitis can make the tooth hurt and stress can induce all sorts of physical symptoms.
It is encouraging that your x-ray is clear. However, if the pain persists then get it checked again because sometimes it takes a while for a problem with a root canal treatment to produce a visible change on an x-ray.
