90 percent loss of bone in jaw help

I was told i have 90 percent bone loss in my jaw and am freaking out. Can my jaw be saved ? I dont know what to do or where to turn. Any guidance would be very helpful.

Are you sure its not 90 percent bone loss to your teeth they are talking about.My oral surgeon told me I had about 80 percent bone loss to my teeth under the gums.
