Blood clot

Hello,After an extreme dental phobia I finally got in the dentist chair after 23yrs having got an abscess,after the infection cleared I had a bottom molar extracted (not even as bad as I thought,what was I worried about!).
Anyway I’m 10days after and the blood clot has kinda like pushed up out socket,I’m freaking out about this big time.I’ve not smoked,used a straw been salt rinsing as soon as allowed no hot drinks etc etc! I’m just so worried about dry socket,I feel this is going to come out completely.I’m in no pain or have any swelling.Shall I try to keep it in? Does the socket heal from the bottom too?

The socket heals from the bottom up (sort of) after 10 days you really don't need to worry about a dry socket.

@Gordon thanks so much for replying!
I will relax now about dry socket.
I went to do my oral regime and it did come out only for me to realise it was actually a bit of food what must have gotten that side.
Silly me and my anxiety!
Extraction site looks good and almost healed.
