Can craze lines be horizontal?

I have a bad habit of chewing on hard food with my front teeth. I've been trying to stop but it's a bit of a compulsion. Today I ate something hard and my front tooth went down pretty hard, so hard that I checked it in the mirror. It looked fine, but when I shined a light on it (from behind) there is a horizontal line. I've never seen it there before but I don't usually shine lights in my mouth. If I shine it from the front I can't see it.

I googled it and got "craze lines" but a lot of the information is saying that crazy lines are ONLY vertical and never horizontal. This is very concerning for me.

I have been told by my dentist that I clench/grind so I am unsure if this is damage from today or previously. There is no pain, sensitivity, or mobility. Just a whole bunch of anxiety. Please help.
