Cavity ?

I have agoraphobia but on top fo that I’ve always been scared of the dentist I haven’t gone in about 3 years I did the exam and she said I have a small cavity but it should not be bothering my my teeth are overly sensitive. I was supposed to go back but couldn’t. I have had fillings in the past when I was around 10 on bottom and top but I can’t tell if it’s my fillings because they appear silver in color on the top but I’m not sure if they are cavities. I’m terrified of going I haven’t left my house in a very long time. I don’t have a toothache just hot and cold sometimes bother them. I’m not an aft eater but my teeth have always been super sensitive.
