Decayed upper wisdom teeth question

Are they harder to extract than normal ones? because i'd say mine are pretty decayed and i have no dentist or dental insurance, so my only option is to get them removed at the local health center that does extractions under local for really cheap.
 
It all depends on how decayed they are and what the roots are like.
Generally the upper wisdom teeth are quite straight forward even if decayed, so I would think that your local clinic should be able to do this for you.

thanks for the answer DrMike. hopefully mine won't cause any complication for them and the removal will go fine.
