Do I Need a Root Canal? Please Help Review My X-Ray

Hi everyone,

I’ve attached a dental X-ray showing my right-side molars at different magnifications (100%, 200%, and 300%). I'm wondering if a nerve filling (root canal) might be necessary for one of these teeth.

It looks too far gone to me, I think extraction might be the better option, sorry.

I appreciate your advice. Could you please specify which tooth you are referring to for extraction, so I can discuss it with my dentist?

The one with the huge cavity in it, the 2nd molar. Middle one in the x-ray.
