Extraction & same day implant hopefully

Bleeding fears. Plan is to extract tooth 30 for a large cavity on the root and if the bone is good do the implant. Never had a tooth pulled except for 50 yrs ago for wisdom teeth. My fear is bleeding. If they put the implant in and stitch it up what will the bleeding situation be? I’m taking taking 2 transexamic acid pills 650mgx 2 2 hours before the surgery.

Do you have some kind of clotting disorder? Closing up the socket with sutures generally prevents much bleeding afterwards.
