Extremely anxious about the future of my teeth

Should I just ask for it to be prescribed to me as my regular toothpastes? Are there any side effects to just use a 5000ppm toothpaste regularly forever?

I have no idea - maybe a dentist will be able to chip in (they're like buses - they all arrive at the same time and when you need one, there's none in sight )

No issue with using 5000ppm full time if you like the taste of it.
