Filling or crown? Terrified

my dentist said I need crowns but I'm terrified of them filing my teeth down. Is there any way this could be fixed by extensive filings or does it look like more needs to be done? Im not in any pain unless you actively poke onto of the decay

Depends how much you care about the aesthetics. It could be done with composite but it won't look quite as good as crowns.

@Gordon I'm not too concerned with anesthetic. Just something slightly less invasive than filling my teeth down and being able to help my teeth
