Flight coming up - I'm worried sick

I have fairly bad teeth. I grind them in my sleep and I wasn't even aware of it until a year ago or so (I wear a split now)... I'm 31 so you can imagine what kind of damage this has caused. I have visible cracks in a few of my teeth that I'm going to have to get fixed. I'm terrified of the dentist but I've got a plan to go... but FIRST I have to take a short 1hr 30 minute flight. I've been reading up and I'm terrified that I'm going to get some type of tooth pain on the flight.

My teeth do not normally hurt but I have cavities and cracks in them. How worried should I be? Should I cancel this trip?

Should not be a problem. The planes are pressurized and do not cause issues.
Relax and enjoy the flight.
