Ive had three blasts of the xray machine.

April 8th - both cheeks (x2)
Sat 11th - left cheek (x1)

I have another appointment on the 20 April - if they try to xray should i ask them to see if they have the xrays from the april 8th visit?

Should i delay my review appointment incase they do want to do an xray? Or does it not matter - a accumulation counts whenever you take an xray.

A few small x-rays are nothing to worry about, representing a fraction of the average medical x-ray. Of course, one should never have more that is strictly needed to make a diagnosis but I am sure you dentist is aware of this.

Very roughly as many details change the answer but think of each large panarex type digital x-ray as the same radiation as 2-3 hours in a commercial jet flight.
Eating 100 grams of Brazil nuts gives you the same radiation as 6 same intraoral tooth x-rays when done with a good digital system.
