I have been there and feeling very proud

Ok so after a lifetime of fear I was forced to visit the dentist after not visiting for 15 years .... even then I did, nt have all work done
My daughter introduced me to her lovely dentist and after 3 fillings 1 extraction and 2 visits to hygenist and I am done
Now got to see hygenist in 3 months and dentist in 6 months .... its so strange it feels like i have been brainwashed to have no fear anymore

Thank you so much everyone . Believe me I do think its about finding the right dentist .
I love mine as my daughter comes with me we have a good chat about shopping , familys or anything other than teeth so i feel less stressed when he looks in my mouth .
And he talks me through everything he does , like i say its so strange its like he, s re programmed me to to be scared .
He did, nt hurt me once ...
