Immediate Denture Dilemma

Hello, I had all top teeth extracted back in July and am in the healing stage with an immediate top denture. Soft relined once. Absolutely no benefit. No adhesive brands help. At this time, with all the gum shrinking going on, is there anything else a dentist can do? My contract with the dental office states adjustments for up to six months, but I was billed for a soft reline weeks after extractions. To be honest, I am not seeking to "invest" in these temporary dentures! Thanks!

Chances are all they can do is another reline, but better to ask them really. Sorry.
