Internal tooth cracks advice

Hi, A recent x ray of my mouth found what I believe to be cracks in my upper second molars. I am really worried that at least one of them may need to be extracted at some point as what I believe is a crack, extends across both roots of the tooth.Please can I benefit from the advice of a dental professional? I am hoping they could be saved with crowns/endodontic treatment.

Hi, No I don't. Which made the potential cracks all the more shocking. I am seeing a specialist tomorow for further advice and how to save my teeth.
