Is it ok to wait 3 months to get filings?

I need 4 cavities filled and had my first appointment on the 14th but due to work and finances I have to push this off until February, I can definitely get them all done then. I’m just worried the cavities may get worse? The teeth needing the fillings have no pain or sensitivity. I brush and floss everyday, and I’ve cut way back on sugar in case that makes it worse. I just don’t want them to get worse before I can finally get them filled.
