Hey guys. Ok so its been a while since i had a tooth pulled. I have three painful teeth that definitley need it. Im not anxious aboutthe extraction im anxious about what to expect during the procedure. Any helpful advice needed. Thanks. :hmm::dunno:

Hi you don't need to be worried. They will make sure you are really numb, when you are and they can test the area to make sure if you aren't sure yourself.
They then prepare the tooth and lift it out. You won't know it has gone until they tell you it has, they will put a roll of lint over the extraction site and ask you to bite down. This is to help the clot form. Once they are happy that the clot has formed they will give you some aftercare instructions and you can go.

There is no pain, no tugging or pulling. You may feel a bit of pressure and hear some strange noises which you don't have to worry about.

The last tooth I had out took about a min from start to finish after I got numb. The numbing took way longer than the extraction.

All the best for your appointment, try not to worry :grouphug::grouphug::grouphug::butterfly:
