Kalms tablets

Just been recommended to take these as my extraction is next week. I've just bought some to give them a go but I'm a bit dubious...
has anyone had these before and does it help with dental phobia?

It's all herbal stuff.
" Hops 45mg, Valerian Extract 33.75mg, Gentian Extract 22.5mg"
It says it relieves anxiety and take them for up to two weeks before the stressful event. I've only got a week to go, I'm hoping they do me some good!

I wouldn't expect miracles from it, but it should take the edge off. It should start working right away.

I've been taking these recently. They don't seem to cause any side effects. I think they make me feel a little better, but it's very subtle.

Update: didn't make a bit of difference. I was just as hysterical.. through the pack away!
