My tongue keeps moving by teeth and gum

I keep getting constant pain lower side of my mouth where I bite. I then use my tongue to find it next min I'm in pain till painkillers come out. It's everyday and I need to get to dentist but have phobia what could it be many thanks.

It's pretty much impossible to know what's wrong without any sort of photos or x-rays at least, so it sounds as if you'd need to get a dentist to have a look. If you're too scared to even contemplate seeing one, please have a chat with your GP (if you have one). Perhaps you could ask your GP for a referral to the Special Care Dental Service:

Or you could also ask for a referral to a psychologist (who could then help you both with tackling your phobia and finding a suitable dentist).
