Over my meltdown

Sorry for all the posting tonight ? was having a meltdown and feeling sorry for myself and lost. I’m taking charge now. I’m going to contact the one dental practice I felt comfortable with. He was the Periodontist I saw last summer for the orthodontist for a peri clearance. He does gum grafting, implants etc and is highly respected in his field I trusted his opinions and if I have to travel to see him I will! I’m scared but I need to start doing something rather then just accepting I hope he will see me. ?

As for being scared; well you are in the right place to voice that. So don't be sorry for posting. It's why we are here. All of us.
Anyway, I like your plan of action, to just do it. It's a big thing, to push through the fear.

Sorry to read about your meltdown, Scared all the time. Haven‘t seen all your postings, but rest assured that support you in times you need it is what the forum here does and it is ok to post and write and vent as much as you need. I have read your post about the cleaning, so sorry you feel like things got worse. Hope you get a reply from a dentist to that soon.
Getting in charge and making decisions about how you would like to move on sounds like an excelent idea. Fingers crossed tightly for them to take you.

Well the periodontist is the best! Got a call back this morning explaining my concerns and they are getting me right in tuesday for an observation check up. I need to be able to put my mind at ease hopefully he can do that.

Thank you I’m still scared of what he will say. Hopefully all good news but after that cleaning Monday and that yucky looking “gap” idk. I almost wished I never went for that cleaning is distresses me that much I do t even want to look in the mirror ? it’s been such a stress start to the year I truly hope it gets better soon
