I had a wisdom tooth decay and break off in my upper mouth. There is a small part of it left. Should I have it removed or is it safe to do nothing?

Do you feel lucky? It will eventually cause you some trouble. Nobody can predict when or how painful it'll be. It might be better to deal with it on your terms rather than be forced into doing something on for example Christmas morning. Or on your vacation.
