Propranolol and local anesthesia??!

Is it true that you must not use anesthesia withh adrenaline with propranolol. What to do if no other choices??? Heart beats fast overthinking sensitive to adrenaline

Already answered by PM. No it isn't true and there are plenty of other choices in any case.
