Red and white spots inside cheek

On Sunday morning i woke up with a dry mouth, nothing new there after a night drinking. After two days my mouth still feels dry and i have noticed red and white spots on the inside of both my cheeks (mostly red) which looks like a rash. Is this something i should be concerned with?
