I am struggling and not sure what to do. I was diagnosed with Atypical Odontalgia several years ago and 4 root canals later. It has been on the left side of my mouth. I had an MRI that showed potential trigeminal nerve contact.

Fast forward I am always in low grade pain in two of the RC teeth. I just live with it.
About a week ago, I bit into something and a hard piece caught my right front tooth and jarred it. It hurt but not for long. I am now feeling pain in that front tooth and it comes and goes. I cannot determine if it's my brain playing tricks on me of it indeed my tooth is dying. When I tap on it, it hurts kind of, but I think it did that prior. I tried touching with ice and that tooth might hurt just a tad more then the others but the pain goes away - however I am left with an ache that comes and goes. I am terrified of dentists and endodontists. I feel if I go in and get it looked at, they will bang on it and suggest root canals.

I don't know what I am looking for in regards to an answer but if this is a crack, how will it continue to act? How strong are the roots in the front teeth VS the molars? I do see fine lines in the teeth - photo attached. They have been present like this for years.
Thank you in advance. I am so tired.
