Hi, so I woke up and when I started eating I felt a weird feeling in my mouth and discovered this red sore area that jsut appareared over night with white gum 'skin'? (its at the top left far back) around it like as it burst or came off. I have no idea what this is so I cant research online to look up home remedies since I m too scared to go to the dentist and probably cant afford to anyway 
Can an expert tell me what this is and what does it need doing and any remedies I can do at home ect salt/garlic? I dont know and if I need antibiotics what could I take of my own account ? Please help me I need advise asap I think my wisdom teeth are coming out now since I felt little pains aorund the mouth where they are so maybe they are coming through could this be an anwser aswell idk. I took the pictre on my phone so it not might reflect perfectly what it looks like but yeah its a bit more redder than that. Thanks in advance for advise
