Shaving teeth

I hate my "eye" teeth. Theyre long and make me look a vampire.
I want to know how far up into the tooth does a nerve lie?
cause I want to get it shaved....about....a centimeter (yeah! that much, crazy huh?)
Does that sound probable?????
If so, how much do you think it would cost to get two teeth shaved?

Because that would probably come under the category of cosmetic dentistry, it would probably be quite expensive. But if it makes you feel better and more confident about yourself, then the cost is really relative. Why don't you Google cosmetic dentistry and check out some prices from those surgeries offering such procedures.

You can shave off a couple of mm's but a full cm is not possible. You would probably need to have the teeth crowned or veneered to change the shape that much. You really need things evaluated though, it's possible that the canines are about the "correct" length but the other front teeth are too short!
