Small cavity filling tomorrow

So tomorrow at 10 AM in the morning, I will be going in for a small cavity filling. Normally my girlfriend comes with me to these procedures mainly for support and comfort but with her being busy with school, I don’t think she’ll be going this time so I will have to go by myself, which for some reason is driving me absolutely crazy and my anxiety has been on high all day today I just wanna get this over with so that I can move on to better things. I will let you all know how it goes.

Well, she has been pushing me hard to go to the dentist appointments without her more often and face my fears and deal with them head on, which has been helping. I just always have high anxiety during a procedure. But I’m sure it will go pretty well seeing as I have a new dentist and she seems very nice.

How did it go?

It went pretty good overall I had my old or at least I think my old dentist doing the procedure today. I’m not really sure because of my last cleaning I was introduced to a new dentist so not sure if I got a new dentist and she just wasn’t at work today and that’s why he did it But yeah it went pretty good overall relatively quick procedure. It was a small cavity so not bad at all, and you know everybody can relate to what I’m about to say here it’s like you can go and have these procedures done. That’s not the hard part that part easy but What’s hard is your controlling your thoughts and emotions in your head and not letting them win you know that’s what I do a lot. I often let the emotions and things in my head and that’s why I get myself in trouble a little bit sometimes so really good experience today as always.
