small cut

I think there's a small cut in front of my gums, where they meet the inside of the soul patch area(?). Is there anything OTC I can do for that?

Just salt water rinse is as good as anything. 1 teaspoon salt dissolved in a cup of lukewarm water. Rinse round the sore area and then spit out.
