I posted this on an old thread of mine and then thought maybe I should have created a new one so the subject line is more appropriate... I am back in full panic mode and trying to find some way to go back to the dentist. The last one I chose turned out to be a bad decision and now I am having to find a new one. I have a dentist that I can see for at least an evaluation, I think. He is very close to retirement, though. My bad experience last June set me back a long way. I now have multiple teeth that are sensitive and one lower canine that looks absolutely gray. It all seemed to happen so fast. I told my son this weekend that I would need him to drive me to and from the appointment once I make it. He just asked me what day and time. I shot straight into a panic because I still haven't worked myself up to even make the call. I just think with these smaller, non-molar teeth, there is so little room that they are probably already to the nerve and especially the gray one. I am not ready to get evaluated, much less get a filling or an extraction. (I don't do root canals, so if it needs one, it will be an extraction). I'm now into problems with the front teeth where any more lost teeth will be seen when I speak. If anyone has any encouragement, I could use it.
