Terrified Of Cavity Filling

Okay so I'm getting a cavity filled in a few hours and I'm well simply terrified. Please help and explain... I had braces put on so would the pain from the filling be worse then that? Thank you for the help and jeez I'm over dentists lol...

Hey hope this isn't too late! I have had a few done before- they are not too bad at all!
I have even done mine not being numb- but the option is always there!

ask the dentist to explain everything as they go along- they will! And it should help! There's nothing scary- and in my opinion one of the easier treatments to have

Hi WELCOME to the forum.

You will have had your filling by now, I would be interested in how you got on. As you will know the brace is worse than the filling. Once the filling is done that is it, with a brace you just get to feel comfy and wham they tighten the devil back up again and it is all to get used to again.
