Thin jaw bone and Extraction

iI have a very thin jaw bone and extraction scheduled- upper molar- worried my jaw will break! and worried about recovery. I am due for more extractions and hope to have implants, but not sure it's possible with thin bones

Breaking an upper jaw doing an extraction of an upper molar would require a fantastically extreme level of incompetence from your dentist, likely enough to result in criminal charges.

For a lower tooth (don't know if you need lower extractions as well) then the same would apply...

Implants are possible in most circumstances, but I don't know enough about you to say if you'd be suitable or not.
