Hello Hun, I had a long lie in and this afternoon had a practice drive up my rather long lane to try out my driving skills before chancing the main roads it being my right foot as I need to call to work fill in an accident form! And take my discharge note to the GP. Had a bit of a struggle with my pain meds, stopped them too quick and it caused a few probs but getting there as realised the problem this morning and I am weaning myself of them, trouble is I hate taking tabs so just stopped, you should be told of this issue on leaving the hospital, I have to look after my sister tomorrow as she is having a minor investigative procedure she only lives at the top of our lane but we have no power due to some electricity authority mains line work so need to get the little gas stove ready and ipad and phone charged up tonight ready, my foot and teeth are behaving quite well considering!, how are things with you ?

Hi I am glad you are well, I don't know; I hate meds too when you aren't used to taking things they nearly end up having you killing yourself with them. I don't know much about medical things and tablets either and they should tell you that you cannot just stop taking some of them.

I hope you are feeling better from the effects, I hope your sister is okay tomorrow looks like the has to be brought into play here. It is getting well used is this crossed up one lately.

I got a photo of my son taken in his uniform today and that cheered me right up. I won't know anything until possibly Wednesday or Thursday as to where he is going to be this weekend.

Talking about getting a little gas stove out, use small pans if you must we all know what happened last time you went for a pan I am sorry but I couldn't resist that one, I think you are well enough to have a little giggle now. I will give you a couple of these

to make up for me being .

I am glad you are at home and being able to enjoy the weather and good luck to your sister for tomorrow

not a bad day, sis had her procedure fine, I managed to drive without endangering any lives and the power was only off briefly so didn't need to use any pans, you'll be glad to hear!
Foot is a little tender but driving, hobbling on crutches and it being down all day has not really helped so time for bed I think, thinking of you all
remember a head full of too many worries leaves little space for dreams,
sleep well xx

Oh heck Carole don't think being famous founder of fingers crossed smilie is such a good thing when I have been on the receiving end of it quite so much Be careful which smilie you wish for!
not really had any sun til about half 5 although it was 24 degrees it was dull and oppressive all day, just getting ready for my hubby to take me to manx class ( I have missed 5) so I will be pretty rusty didn't do any during my incarceration as felt too lousy so hope the tutor doesn't run me through the mill tonight, we usually have class in an upstairs room of a public house but seeing as the weather is nice we are apparently going to sit outside, quite distracting but lovely on the quayside overlooking a harbour ok just got to go get dressed class starts in half an hour, hope you are all doing ok and your teethies are behaving, be good.

Hubby has been fantastiche visited every night without fail, one night brought me fresh cooked new potatoes freshly dug from our garden tossed in butter and mint wrapped in foil insulated in a towel freshly laundered and hot out of the dryer, they arrived at my bedside with a fork still steaming hot, they had been in the ground an hour before reaching my bedside, that's love. He is doing all the shopping too and all the laundry. He is my Mr Wonderful xxxxxxxxxx had a great night at class watching the ' queenies' a local strain of small scallop shellfish being unloaded while being asked and answering questions about my foot and my hospital stay in Manx language, a lovely evening hubby picked me up currently calm and warm outside, looks like another beautiful day is forecast and i am starting to feel ready to enjoy it x x
