Tooth Pain in dream but not awake

Ok i hope i am not wasting anyones time with this, but i had a dream last night where i felt pain in my right central upper incisor when i clenched in a dream when i was angry. Something about working out in my front yard and someone wanting to send me to a zoo or something, idk it was weird.

This triggered a panic attack when i woke but i have no pain in that tooth what so ever. I did a bite test (using my finger) checked the tooth, etc.

Now that tooth does have a craze line going from the gum line down to almost the biting edge. I did a transillumination test on it using the light from my cell phone and when i shine the light from the side you can see what im sure is a craze line clearly but light still passes through it to the other side.

when i shine a light behind the tooth facing forward the whole tooth lights up to the point where you cant even see the craze line which to me indicates its just on the surface of the enamel as if it extended into the dentine or the pulp chamber the light would stop right?

the top of the tooth where it meets the gum shows no signs of inflammation or anything either.

Question is: Can you feel dental pain in a dream and not have it be real as in there is no issue with just the tooth?

Im sorry to post this but my anxiety and OCD is driving me insane with this and i could use outside info.

Edit: The craze line like most of my teeth can only be seen when you shine on them and does not reach the bottom of the biting edge so its Vertical. From my understanding thats the vast majority of craze lines especially on the front teeth and teeth would not break that way like split in two vertical from the biting edge to the root on a front tooth right?

@Yourbigpalal83 I don't really have an answer, but I would be curious what others say. I have had the teeth falling out dream more times than I can count. I can totally relate to the anxiety and OCD, too. Hang in there!

Yes, don't see why not. Just your subconscious playing tricks on you.
