I went to the dentist last year to get a crown in and he told me that I was going to need to complete work on my teeth, also he said my front upper teeth were decaying and they needed work on. Recently I was playing with my dog and he was running full speed towards me (Great Dane) and he slammed right into my face and the middle of my upper front tooth just came off with no pain whatsoever, but the upper part of the tooth is still there. So here is my question....my upper teeth have holes due to decay and now that I need this tooth fixed are they going to have to fix my other teeth first before they even help fix my broken tooth? Or do you think they will fix my broken tooth and I could come in after to repair my other teeth? I only ask this is because I don't have insurance and I my girlfriend and I are planning on moving out together and this is our down payment money I need to take out.

Hi dgreenson :welcome: to the forum. They can fix the broken tooth first and allow you to return after for the other work doing, as you can afford it. Let us know how you get on.

Good luck in your new home with your girlfriend :jump::jump::jump:

Thank you :*) I am just so scared that my tooth is so badly gone that the dentist is going to tell me he cant put a crown in and I need implants which I don't have the money for that.

Oh we do stress ourselves out with what if's. I cannot say what the dentist is going to say to you, but the longer you leave it the bigger the job is going to be. It may well be saved at the moment but if you leave it it could break off a bit more and start causing you pain and maybe get infected.

I am not trying to frighten you but the sooner you go the better it will be. I think you may find he can save it for you. You may as well go and if you need to worry, at least you know what you are worried about. At the moment you are worried and don't know why, you may be worried over nothing, then you have had all that stress for nothing.

This I know because I have stressed out so many times about what if's and kicked myself after when things were easily put right.

I wish you good luck :clover::clover::clover::clover::clover: let us know how you get on. :butterfly:
