White patches

I'm freaking out. I noticed those patches on my bottom lip I don't know where they came from. I thought they could be vitamin deficiency because my diet hasn't been great lately or my retainer rubbing my inside of my bottom lips but I've been reading about mouth cancer and I'm freaking out it's cancer.

Definitely not cancer. It looks like some kind of trauma, have you been chewing on your lip a bit recently?

I don't think I did. I just kinda woke up with this one day. How can I make this go away?

Wait a bit. If it doesn't heal in a few days then go and see a dentist.
