Hi Dr. Question for you. Before I ask, I wanted to thank you greatly for your time.
I had bit down on something hard on the front tooth area and have had an ache for several weeks. I saw my dentist who x-rayed the front tooth and said he felt bruised ligament and not worried about a crack. He did mention a root absorption on the tooth immediately next to it but said it likely due to braces and has seen these last forever.
Does this look abnormal to you and he also said the dark around the tooth was not concerning.
I am still getting aching after eating. I tested all the teeth with cold and they go back to normal fast however now I am left with a dull ache in that front tooth so I am not messing with it.
