2 white dots in mouth

I have attached a picture , but I think it's been there a while as I rember it when I would put my retainers in, it not painful, it's hard. I just worry and want it to be ok. I don't smoke. It's two white bumps, very small, bottom front jaw, behind root of teeth . I go to dentist yearly.

This is just the gum pulled tight over little bone prominences and absolutely nothing to be concerned about.
It is quite a common sight.
If it was anything nasty it wouldn't be symmetrical.
for peace of mind you could get it checked.
