Back here after 11 years!

Hey everyone!

So I actually used to be a regular on this site about 11/12 years ago. My success story and journal are maybe a few hundred pages back now but it's been so nice and cathartic reading back through my journey and all of the support I got on here back then (if I was clever enough this is where I'd insert the links to my previous threads... ).
My username back then was 'Spanna' (unfortunately lost access to that account) I remember some of the people I used to talk to most on here and I'm soo happy to see some of them are still active here, helping people I really am happy to find this forum is still going strong because it genuinely helps so many people.

Thankfully my dental phobia is very much in the past now thanks to my amazing dentist but if its ok with mods I'd love to pop in from time to time to repay some of the support and advice I received and be a part of this community again. I might even update my old journal

Hi there @anna84, fantastic to hear that things have continued going well for you - a great dentist can make such a huge difference (not distracting from your own achievement of overcoming dental phobia - that’s huge ).
