Bad teeth due to epileptic medicine

Hi all,
i have petimal and although I clean my teeth daily I have lots of problems with my teeth and even them falling apart sadly I have had to loose a few, had fillings etc because my medicine for my epilepsy makes them soft. I thought it couldn't get any worse until one day I saw this grey mark at the top near the gum line and behind one tooth, I have taken a pic (sorry it looks bad but am worried), dentists tell me my teeth are ok but when I smile they don't look ok at all so am really worried, what is it? Can it be removed and can I save my teeth? It really makes me lose confidence when people question them.

Unless you take a liquid medicine frequently the cause is diet and hygiene. If you were my patient I would put you on a preventive regimen and restore these with Activa where possible. An alternative would be a glass ionomer.
