I will be seeing my dentist about this issue as it is kind of new, and I would like to think my oral hygiene is excellent.
With that said, I have a hard time flossing my back molars. So I resorted to floss picks, but sometimes I can't get the floss in betwee n the very tight teeth. I either rip the floss, it gets stuck, and I can't debride the plaque efficiently.
My gums bleed especially when I floss (and sometimes for no reason at all)....I am wondering if I am not making my problem worse by not flossing correctly.
Is this possible?
Is there anything other than this I can do to help prevent or reverse this issue?
thanks so much...
