bone coming thru gum?

Hi all

Just wondering... Last week I had my wisdom teeth out & a couple others aswell. From what I can tell my gums have been healing nicely, but today I noticed a small round white lump (which is painful when touched) near a tooth extraction site (above tooth 14 i think it is & i had tooth 15 extracted). Just wondering if this is normal and what should i expect to happen next? I did ring my dental surgeon and the receptionist told me it was nothing to worry about and didn't mention anything about a follow up visit or infection so am just looking for other opinions about what to do (if anything!!).

It's probably a bone spicule. Loads of info on here about them. Don't worry about it.
