Bone fragment sticking out of gum.

Basically I had to get my left bottom molar out 3 weeks ago now it's healed and all but there is a bone fragment sticking out I've tried salt water, brushing and try moving it about but it's not coming out it doesn't hurt much just annoying really.

Any advice to get it out would be much appreciated.

It will likely work its way out eventually. If you are concerned or too annoyed or in pain you could go back to the dentist and they can remove it for you.
