Chronic infection in the bottom jaw

I have been fighting an infection in the bottom jaw for about 18 months. I've had root canals (2) and antibiotics several times. Now my dentist wants to pull the two bottom front teeth. I'm looking for a better solution. Any suggestions???

The only thing left to try is apicectomy. Doesn't always work. Maybe retreating the endos by a specialist endodontist might work, but you need to watch the cost, 2 endos by specialist followed by crowns and posts versus implants and crowns may work out quite close on price and the implants will be more likely to be successful...
