Hello!
I'm worried I have a lot of gum recession with bone loss, in particular on the canines. Do I need a gum or bone graft? Could I have gingivitis or periodontal disease? I took pictures of my teeth:

I'm 24, non smoker and I don't have any sensitivity or mobility in any of the teeth.
I've had some bleeding in gums after brushing of teeth, but I suspect it is not the kind of bleeding that I've heard mentioned in the research I've been doing on gum recession and gingivitis and periodontal disease. I used to brush my teeth the wrong way, horizontally and quite roughly, and directly after brushing I'd see a tiny tiny reddish dot on the gum margin of my lower incisors, then when I'd press the gums there'd be the tiniest bit of blood that would come out, so I suspect this is just plain mechanical damage rather than the kind of bleeding that happens in people who have disease. It has also happened that there would be blood when I'd bite into an apple, but, again, it would be just the tiniest speck of blood in the apple.
Much appreciate any advice!
