Excruciating Pain

I just had 2 wisdom teeth pulled. Upper and lower on left side 10 days ago. No more pain meds left. Getting reAdy to go to ER Complete left side jaw, gums and teeth hurt. Why could this be

Could be a few things - the main ones being either Dry Socket (which, honestly, I think you're almost past the point of it being dry socket) or an infection.

The only thing that the ER will really be able to do (unless the hospital you go to has a dentistry program) is give you pain medications and potentially an antibiotic. Your best bet will be to contact the dentist/oral surgeon who did the wisdom teeth removal and try to get an appointment.
