I have a root canaled tooth that can't be saved so now I have to get it out. I am beyond terrified. This all started from a little bump on my gum from before xmass, but in was too scared to look at it so finally I did on Jan 3rd and I called and made a appt, then they referred me to an endodontist and so it was decided yesterday that I needed it out. My appt is Jan 31st. I am just beyond myself. Any positive thoughts would be great. I am taking 2 xanax before my appt, but I am thinking my fear will not allow the xanax to actually work. I am so tired of crying. I take such good care of my teeth even though I have major dental anxiety and this still happended. I wish I wasn't so scared,it suck to let something over take your life.

try not to dwell on it and let it ruin your month!
