Extractions today!! ?

Well I'm off to get my extractions and a new partial denture placed!! I'm so excited for this journey and I put the fear behind me! I'm sure I will have ups and downs but I'm very proud of myself for making it this far! I will keep you all posted!

Thank you for your support!! I am home now I had 4 front bottom teeth pulled and an immediate partial placed! So far I'm very happy with them of course I'm still numb but minimal bleeding and I'm going to ice and take something before the pain hits. Can I ask how does everyone store their partials. My dentist said to brush them with fixadent then store in water. Also he said to take them out at night . Just wondering what everyone else does! Thank you to all of you for your support and advice! My journey continues in January for my uppers but for now I'm going to learn to smile again!

Lower extractions parcial placed = success

Well it's day two with my new partial and I'm doing great! I had no problems taking it out last night and putting it back in this morning! The extraction site is healing well! Clots have formed and no pain so far! I have been eating eggs,French toast, ice cream ! Tonight we met friends for dinner and I had French onion soup. It took me a while to eat it but I did it, while having a conversation! I'm so pleased with my progress. Just wanted to let those of you beginning your journey that there is hope and the fear is much worse than what's on the other side of it!
